Service Description

Semi-Private, $125/person. You provide the space and people (at least 4). Hire me for your group of family/friends/employees. The 3-4 hour workshop includes the theory and science behind breath and cold exposure, guided breathwork session with sound healing, and ice bath (optional). A great way to experience the technique and create an experience for those close to you.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for sessions only transfers to another date if something comes up out of your control.
