Service Description

In the privacy of your own space I guide you through the Wim Hof Method including theory, breathwork, and ice bath. This customized experience allows you to go at your own pace and have one-on-one attention all while having a fully personalized experience. If group settings are not for you or you would prefer to experience the method at a particular time and date this option is for you. Travel fee $1 a mile.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for sessions only transfers to another date if something comes up out of your control.
