If you already have some experience with the Wim Hof Method- maybe you've joined on of my live events or you use the WHM app for your daily breathing exercises- but would like to dive a little deeper with the help of some more guidance, an Advanced workshop may be just what you're looking for. With the basis level of WHM familiarity understood, Shelley puts together a program with more advanced techniques including the Advanced Breathing Technique and approaching the cold waters more in-depth! When: June 3rd 12-2 PM What to bring: Swimsuit, towel, yoga mat What to expect: Activities, breathwork sound journey with advanced breathing, ice bath in-depth expierence.
